The LAGO consortium gathered in Helsinki, on 5th of September 2024, for the 7th Plenary Meeting. Hosted by partner FIMOI, this event came just one month short of our two-year anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the project’s development.

The meeting focused on assessing the progress of each work package and outlining the final steps towards completing the project. Key topics included the individual pilots of the LAGO tools, integrated scenarios demonstrating how the tools work together, and the official launch of the second round of demonstration campaigns.

A hands-on co-working session allowed participants to explore the integrated scenarios, ensuring that all partners are aligned on how the tools will be used in practice. The sustainability of the LAGO solutions was also a priority, as the consortium works to ensure the lasting impact of the project's outcomes.

The day concluded with the planning of upcoming workshops, dissemination activities, and strategies for future communication.

The LAGO team extends its gratitude to FIMOI for hosting and to all partners for their continued efforts towards achieving a more secure and efficient research data ecosystem in the EU.
