On 6th of September, we held the 2nd official LAGO Workshop in Helsinki. The event focused on presenting the results of the LAGO project and the synergies with sister projects ENACT, MULTIRATE, and FALCON.

The workshop opened with a presentation of the LAGO solution, offering an overview of the Research Data Ecosystem (RDE) architecture and the dataset-sharing process. Synergies with our sister projects were highlighted through use cases, demonstrating how these initiatives complement one another in addressing shared goals.

In the afternoon, participants took part in a hands-on session, working through cross-project use cases to test the ecosystem. Special attention was paid to the legal, ethical, technical, and governance aspects of data sharing, with feedback collected from all attendees to assess how the LAGO ecosystem can be further improved.
